The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a food composition which comprises the steps of preparing popped rice ground material, and mixing the popped rice ground material with a vegetable dough ground material and a vegetable freeze-dried material. The popped rice ground material is manufactured by drying rice after mixing with a coating fluid, popping the dried rice at 230-280 °;C, and grinding the popped rice, and the vegetable dough ground material is manufactured by primarily grinding vegetable, then kneading after mixing water with a primary vegetable ground material, heat drying the same, and secondarily grinding the dried vegetable dough.
