Disclosed is a flushing-soaking rice fabrication method, including: (A) a grinding step of preparing an adequate raw rice and grinding the raw rice into a fine granulated rice flour by a grinder; (B) a mixing, squeezing and puffing step of providing a squeezer having a material feeding inlet, a spiral slot communicated with the material feeding inlet, a push screw rod and a material discharging outlet, in which the material discharging outlet is configured with a mold plate having a rice mold hole and a cutting knife so as to convey the rice flour into the spiral slot through the material feeding inlet to mix with water for forming a rice dough, so that the rice dough is pushed and squeezed by the push screw rod, heated and cooled to form a compactly-puffed rice dough; (C) a formation step of using the push screw rod to push the rice dough to pass through the rice mold hole for producing a long-strip output object that is cut a granular flushing-soaking rice semi-finished product by the cutting knife; and (D) a drying step of preparing a dryer and inputting the flushing-soaking rice semi-finished product to the dryer for drying the flushing-soaking rice semi-finished product so as to produce a finished flushing-soaking rice product.
