PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of oily confectionery capable of stably acquiring oily confectionery such as doughnut and fried dough cookie whose oily feeling is reduced, in which oil absorption during frying is suppressed.SOLUTION: Provided is the production method of oily confectionery such as doughnut and fried dough cookie, in which, a rice cake-like material is adhered to a surface of an oily confectionery dough, then the dough is fried.
