PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of producing a high-quality barley tea beverage with high productivity.SOLUTION: A first barley extract having a stronger flavor than a barley liquid extract when being diluted so as to have the same brix as the barley liquid extract is added into the barley liquid extract obtained by being extracted from roasted barley. Preferably, a second barley extract having a thicker color than the barley liquid extract when being diluted so as to have the same brix as the barley liquid extract is further added into the barley liquid extract. Further preferably, six-rowed barley is used as the barley.
