PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink containing hop bract polyphenol to provide a residual sweet taste improving agent having hop bract polyphenol as the main ingredient and to provide a method for adjusting residual sweet taste by a sweetening agent such as saccharide and fruit juice, using hop bract polyphenol.
SOLUTION: The drink containing hop bract polyphenol is prepared by mixing hop bract polyphenol and a sweetening agent. A content of the hop bract polyphenol, based on 100 mass pts.wt. of the sweetening agent sucrose converted from a degree of sweetness is 0.02-0.81 mass pt.wt.
