A method for preparing of fermented soybean meal comprises a preparation step, a pretreatment step and a fermentation step. The preparing step is by providing a soybean powder containing vegetant proteins. The pretreatment step is by mixing a culture solution ofBacillus subtilisand the soybean powder in a ratio ranged from “1 to 100” to “2 to 100,” and obtaining a pretreated soybean powder. The fermentation step is by culturingBacillus subtiliswhich mixed with the pretreated soybean powder under a condition of 35~50℃, and obtaining a fermented soybean meal. The present invention also discloses an aquatic feed containing the said fermented soybean meal.一種醱酵豆粉之製備方法,包含:一前置步驟,係提供一含有植物性蛋白質之豆粉;一預處理步驟,將一枯草桿菌菌液與該豆粉以重量比例為1:100~2:100之條件進行混合,獲得一預處理豆粉;及一醱酵步驟,係將該預處理豆粉於溫度為35~50℃之條件下,獲得一醱酵豆粉。本發明另揭示一種水產飼料,係包含以上述方法所製備之醱酵豆粉。S1‧‧‧前置步驟S2‧‧‧預處理步驟S3‧‧‧醱酵步驟
