The present invention relates to a producing method of a ginseng preparation having a large amount of Rg3 and Rd in ginsenosides, and to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating colorectal cancer, comprising a ginseng preparation produced by a producing method of the present invention as an active ingredient. The producing method inoculates Beauveria bassiana. The ginseng extract with an increased ginsenoside content than an existing ginsenoside is produced by using the producing method of the present invention and, specifically, the extract has effects of enhancing anti-cancer, treating cancer, reducing cancer drug toxicity, preventing cancer and a thrombotic disease, and whitening, due to increasing the Rg3 and the Rd in ginsenosides when using the method of the present invention.본 발명은 진세노사이드 Rg3 및 Rd 함량을 다량 함유하는 인삼 제제의 제조방법 및 본 발명의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 인삼 제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 결장암 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 백강균을 접종하는 것을 그 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 제조 방법을 이용하면 기존에 알려진 진세노사이드의 함량보다 증가된 인삼 추출액을 제조할 수 있으며, 특히 본 발명의 방법을 이용하면 진세노사이드 중에서도 Rg3 및 Rd를 증가시킬 수 있으므로, 항암 효능 강화, 암치료, 항암제 독성 감소, 혈전병 예방 효과가 증가하는 효과가 있다.
