The invention relates to a process for lowering the oxidizing power of a liquid or semi-liquid organic composition, as well as to the so-called free organic composition that can be obtained by this process. It also relates to a free organic composition capable of being obtained according to the process of the invention, as well as to a food, cosmetic or chemical composition or to a pharmaceutical composition containing said composition treated by said process. L’invention concerne un procédé d’abaissement du pouvoir oxydant d’une composition organique liquide ou semi-liquide, ainsi que de la composition organique dite libre susceptible d’être obtenue par ce procédé. Elle se rapporte également à une composition organique libre susceptible d’être obtenue selon le procédé de l’invention, ainsi qu’à une composition alimentaire, cosmétique ou chimique ou à une composition pharmaceutique contenant ladite composition traitée par ledit procédé.
