PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a deep-fried soybean curd with a printed surface, allowing an edible ink to be firmly fixed to the soybean curd dough itself, and a deep-fried soybean curd with a printed surface.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a deep-fried soybean curd with a printed surface 3 includes the successive steps of: preparing a soybean curd dough 1 for a deep-fried soybean curd having a prescribed shape by a conventional method printing the surface of the soybean curd dough 1 with an edible ink 2 and frying the soybean curd dough 1 for a deep-fried soybean curd in an edible oil.
