PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce easily and inexpensively a multicolor solid cosmetic having a clear color boundary without providing a partition on a cosmetic plate.SOLUTION: First of all, a cosmetic filled body 8 is set on the cosmetic plate 2. The cosmetic filled body 8 is formed by filling a plurality of color cosmetics in each filling space partitioned mutually by a frame body 3. Then, the frame body 3 is relatively displaced with respect to an extrusion die 6, to thereby insert an inner frame 3c into a recessed part 6a, and simultaneously the plurality of color cosmetics are collectively extruded by an extrusion surface 6b and stored on the cosmetic plate 2.
