PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom cultivation method in which dryness of a medium top surface is suppressed according to the cultivation temperature, and to provide an inexpensive mushroom cultivation container with a simple construction which can be simply fabricated, the container being used for the mushroom cultivation method.SOLUTION: In a mushroom cultivation method in which mushrooms are cultivated by using mushroom cultivation containers 1B the inside of each of which is sectioned into a medium filling part A and an empty space part B, a plurality of types of the mushroom cultivation containers 1B in which filters 2A1 to 2A3 having the same size are provided for the space parts B at positions having distances different from each other, from the medium filling parts A are prepared, as the mushroom cultivation containers 1B, respectively. Here, a container in which the size of the filter is made smaller and provided for a position closer to the section of the medium filling part A is selected under a low cultivation temperature condition corresponding to the cultivation temperature of the mushrooms, and a container in which the size of the filter is made larger than the filter for lower cultivation temperature as the cultivation temperature rises, and the filter is provided for a position farther from the section of the medium filling part A is selected, and the mushrooms are cultivated in such the containers.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】栽培温度に応じて培地上面の乾燥を抑制した茸栽培方法及びこの茸栽培方法用の構成及び作製が簡単で低価格な茸栽容器を提供すること。【解決手段】内部が培地充填部Aと空き空間部Bとに区分された茸栽培容器1Bを用いて茸を栽培する茸栽培方法において、茸栽培容器1Bとして、空間部Bに培地充填部A区分からの距離が異なる位置にサイズが異なるフィルター2A1~2A3を設けた複数種類の茸栽培容器1Bを用意し、茸栽培の栽培温度対応して、乾燥温度が低い条件下ではフィルターのサイズを小さくして培地充填部Aとの区分に近い位置に設けたものを選定し、栽培温度が高くなるに従って、栽培温度が低温下用のものよりも、フィルターのサイズを大きくし、しかも、培地充填部Aとの区分から離れた位置にフィルターを設けたものを選定し、茸を栽培する。【選択図】図8
