PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing method and a packing mold clearly finishing the color boundary of a multicolor cosmetic and easily producing a cosmetic having a design with sharp edges or a complicated design by simple means without using a thin partition plate.SOLUTION: A lower mold 301 having a cosmetic tray storage part 302 and an upper mold 11 provided with a partition part 102 and a blockage part 202 are prepared. First, a cosmetic tray 20 is set in the cosmetic tray storage part 302, thereafter, a partition part 101 is inserted into the cosmetic tray 20 to divide the same into a non-packing part and a packing part, further, the upper opening part of the packing part is blocked by the blockage part 202, and a cosmetic a is packed into the formed first packing space A. Next, the division in the cosmetic tray 20 by the partition part 102 is released, further, the upper opening part of the non-packing part is blocked by the partition part 102, and a cosmetic b is packed into the formed second packing space B. By making the cosmetics a, b of different colors, a multicolor cosmetic in which a plurality of colors are packed into the cosmetic tray 20 can be obtained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】薄肉の仕切り板を用いることなく、多色化粧料の色境界を鮮明に仕上げ、鋭利なエッジを有するデザインや複雑なデザインの化粧料を簡便な手法で作製する充填方法及び充填型を提供する。【解決手段】化粧皿収容部302を有する下金型301と、仕切り部102と閉塞部202を備えた上金型11とを準備する。まず、化粧皿収容部302に化粧皿20をセットした後、仕切り部101を化粧皿20内に挿入し、非充填部と充填部とに区分するとともに、充填部上開口部を閉塞部202により塞ぎ、形成された第一充填空間A内に化粧料aを充填する。次に、仕切り部102による化粧皿20内の区分を解除するとともに、非充填部上開口部を仕切り部102により塞ぎ、形成された第二充填空間B内に化粧料bを充填する。化粧料a、bを異色のものとすることで、化粧皿20内に複数色の化粧料が充填された多色化粧料を得ることができる。【選択図】図3
