The present invention provides a method for preparing a stir-fried intestine of a cow by using garlic. The method includes the steps of: washing a small intestine of a cow by filling wheat flour and salt in the intestine； boiling the intestine with laurel leaves, cloves, whole pepper, and green onions in water； and cutting the boiled intestine into small pieces, mixing the intestine with side materials and seasoning, and stir-frying the intestine.본 발명은 곱창을 밀가루와 굵은 소금을 내부에 충진하여 세척하는 단계； 세척한 곱창을 월계수잎, 정향, 통후추및 대파와 함께 물에 넣어 삶는 단계； 및 상기 삶은 곱창을 잘게 절단하고, 부재료와 양념장을 혼합하여 볶는 단계를 포함하는 마늘을 이용한 곱창볶음의 제조방법을 제공한다.
