The present invention relates to mixing device for making rice cake and more specifically, to a mixing device which mixes rice flour and sub ingredients. The mixing device for making rice cake according to the present invention comprises a mixing unit including: a main body； a mixing wing part； a discharging screw； and a forward and reverse driver. The main body provides a mixing room. The mixing wing is installed inside the main body to mix rice flour and sub ingredients which are fed into the main body. In order to discharge the rice flour through an outlet formed at one side of a lower portion of the main body, one side of the discharging screw is extended to the lower portion of the main body to pass through the outlet, and the other side of the discharging screw is rotatably supported at the other side of the lower portion of the main body. The forward and reverse driver is configured to rotate the discharging screw. The forward and reverse driver reversely rotates the discharging screw to obstruct the discharging of the rice flour and the sub ingredients while the rice flour is mixed with the sub ingredients inside the main body, and normally rotates the discharging screw to discharge the rice flour and the sub ingredients through the outlet after the mixing of the rice flour and the sub ingredients is completed.본 발명은 떡 제조용 교반장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 떡가루와 부재료를 교반하는 교반장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 떡 제조용 교반장치는 교반실을 제공하는 본체와, 상기 본체 내부에 설치되어 상기 본체로 투입된 쌀가루 및 부재료를 혼합하는 교반날개부와, 상기 본체의 하부 일측에 형성되어 있는 토출구를 통해 떡가루를 배출시키도록 상기 본체의 하부에 일측이 상기 토출구를 통과하도록 연장되고 타측이 상기 본체의 하부 타측에 회전 가능하게 지지되어 있는 토출스크류와, 상기 토출스크류를 회전시키는 것으로서, 상기 본체 내부에서 쌀가루와 부재료가 혼합되는 동안에는 상기 쌀가루 및 부재료의 토출이 차단되도록 토출스크류를 역회전시키고, 상기 쌀가루와 부재료의 혼합이 완료된 후에는 토출구를 통해 토출되도록 토출스크류를 정회전시키는 정역구동부를 포함하는 교반유닛을 구비한다.
