PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cake cutter that achieves a compact storage configuration.SOLUTION: The rice cake cutter comprises: a hopper 2 for holding rice cake made a guide cylinder 3 being in communication with the bottom of the hopper 2 and having a rice-cake discharge hole 6a horizontally opened therein a rice-cake transferring element 5 rotatably provided inside the guide cylinder 3 for transferring the rice cake in the hopper 2 to the rice-cake discharge hole a handle 7 for turning the rice-cake transferring element a cutter 10 attached to the rice-cake discharge hole for cutting the rice cake transferred by the rice-cake transferring element and a base 4 on which the guide cylinder 3 is mounted.
