PURPOSE: A rice dilation apparatus is provided to install an auto opening and closing unit in the lower part of a mixing container, thereby automatically processing water containing immersed rice to sewage and discharging the immersed material hygienically.CONSTITUTION: A rice dilation apparatus comprises: a mixing container (120) in which rice and water are injected a kneading section (110) installed inside the mixing container, and stirring the rice and a discharging pipe (140) installed in the lower part of the mixing container, and discharging the water. An auto opening and closing unit (130) is installed between the mixing container and the discharging pipe, and opens and closes a transfer pipe for the water and the rice. The kneading section comprises: a shaft (112) rotated by a driving motor (111) an impeller (113) combined in the outer periphery of the upper part of the shaft, and stirring the immersed rice and the water and a transfer screw (114) combined to the lower end of the shaft, and transferring the rice to the lower part. The auto opening and closing unit comprises: a gate pipe (131) connected between the mixing container and the discharge pipe a ball valve (134) opening and closing the tube way of the gate pipe a net adhered to the entrance of the gate pipe and a solenoid valve (135) uniting the gate pipe to the discharging hole and releasing the gate pipe from the discharging hole.
