PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and smoothly transfer a care-receiver.SOLUTION: A portable-type transfer assist device 10 includes: a base 20 to be placed on a floor face； a turntable 30； a support member 40； a rotational connection part 50； a chest-division contact part 60； and shin-division contact parts 70. The support member 40 includes the chest-division contact part 60 mounted on the upper end of an upper member 48, and a pair of shin-division contact parts 70 mounted on the left/right lateral faces of a lower member 46. A care-receiver brings the chest into contact with the chest-division contact part 60 and bends the knees of both legs in accordance with an inclination angle of the shin-division contact parts 70, so that the left/right shins are brought into contact with the pair of shin-division contact parts 70. Then, by inclining the support member 40 forward, the care-receiver has a stabilized anteversion posture while being supported by the chest-division contact part 60 and the shin-division contact parts 70.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、被介護者の移乗を安全且つスムーズに行えることを課題とする。【解決手段】移乗補助装置１０は、携行可能なポータブル型であり、床面に載置されるベース２０と、ターンテーブル３０と、支持部材４０と、回動連結部５０と、胸部当接部６０と、脛部当接部７０とを有する。支持部材４０は、上部部材４８の上端に胸部当接部６０が取り付けられ、下部部材４６の左右側面に一対の脛部当接部７０が取り付けられている。被介護者は、胸を胸部当接部６０に当接させると共に、両足の膝を脛部当接部７０の傾斜角度に合わせて曲げることで、左右の脛が一対の脛部当接部７０に当接させた姿勢となる。そして、支持部材４０を前方に傾けることで、被介護者は、胸部当接部６０及び脛部当接部７０に支持されながら安定した前傾姿勢となる。【選択図】図１
