PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet take-out apparatus with which tablet taking-out operation can be reliably performed with most of the tablet sheets supported by supporting members even when tablets are taken out from tablet storage parts near the front end or rear end of a tablet sheet in the case where tablets are taken out from tablet storage parts locating at the front end part or rear end part of the tablet sheet, depending upon the kind of the tablet sheet.SOLUTION: The tablet take-out apparatus comprises: a pair of first supporting members 2201 for supporting side end parts of tablet sheets 51, the pair of first supporting members 2201 being arranged such that the interval between the first supporting members becomes wider as the width of the tablet sheet becomes wider and a pair of second supporting members 2203 for supporting the upstream and downstream sides of tablet storage parts 510.
