PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet takeout device capable of preventing a situation where depending on a type of a tablet sheet, when a tablet is taken out from a tablet storage part positioned at the leading end or the tail end of the tablet sheet, a taking-out operation is carried out with a part of the tablet sheet not supported.SOLUTION: An interval between a pair of support members for supporting a tablet sheet is switched, according to a position in the tablet sheet of the tablet storage part from which a tablet is taken out, an interval corresponding to the horizontal width information of the tablet sheet or an interval corresponding to the vertical width information of the tablet storage part.
