PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet take-out device capable of taking out even a tablet sealed near a leading end or a rear end from a tablet sheet in most tablet sheets.SOLUTION: At least a part of a pair of support members for supporting from the side end of a tablet sheet is provided to be movable so as to adjust a gap between the pair of support members during the taking-out operation of tablet take-out means, and the gap between the pair of support members is adjusted according to the position of a tablet storage part for executing a taking-out operation in the tablet sheet.
