PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretcher with wheels, configured to carry, for example, an insured person, by being hand-pushed by an operator.SOLUTION: A pair of wheels are attached to an axle so as to be laterally apart from each other, the axle being supported at a front lower part of a carrier in a direction orthogonal to the moving direction of the carrier by a support body. The pair of wheels are rotatably supported by the axle. Fixed type stands are provided at lower parts between the wheels and handheld handles attached to rear parts of the carrier. A pair of support frames 101, 102 for detachably holding a litter 111 are formed on front and rear parts of the carrier.
