PURPOSE: A producing method of noodles and the noodles produced therefrom are provided to improve the nutrition and the palatability of the noodles by adding ingredients into conventional noodles. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of noodles comprises a step of adding laminaria japonica, dried radish greens, fermented soybean paste, and flour into conventional ingredients for obtaining the noodles. The noodles contain 8~12parts of laminaria japonica by weight, 8~12parts of dried radish greens by weight, 8~12parts of fermented soybean paste by weight, and 65~75parts of flour by weight.본 발명은 통상적인 국수의 제조 방법에 있어서, 다시마, 시래기, 된장 및 밀가루를 첨가하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다시마, 시래기 및 된장을 첨가한 국수의 제조 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 국수에 관한 것이다.
