The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing complex nanoparticles using fucoidan and complex nanoparticles manufactured from the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to the method for manufacturing complex nanoparticles using fucoidan and complex nanoparticles manufactured from the same, wherein the method comprises steps of: (a) conducting a reaction of a compound having fucoidan and a methacrylate group to manufacture methacrylated fucoidan； (b) acid-treating chitosan to prepare a cationized chitosan； and (c) blending the methacrylated fucoidan and the cationized chitosan to manufacture an ionic complex. The present invention can provide complex nanoparticles that can be used stably in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food and the like.본 발명은 후코이단을 이용한 복합 나노입자의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 복합 나노입자에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 (a) 후코이단 및 메타크릴레이트기를 갖는 화합물을 반응시켜 메타크릴화 된 후코이단을 제조하는 단계； (b) 키토산을 산처리하여 양이온화 된 키토산을 제조하는 단계； 및 (c) 상기 메타크릴화 된 후코이단 및 상기 양이온화 된 키토산을 블렌딩하여 이온 복합체를 제조하는 단계；를 포함하는 후코이단을 이용한 복합 나노입자의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 복합 나노입자에 관한 것이다.
