1. A stable nanostructured telmisartan composition comprising: (a) a nanostructured telmisartan having an average particle size of less than about 600 nm； and (b) at least one stabilizer, where the composition is obtained in a continuous flow reactor, preferably in a continuous flow reactor based on micro-jet technology. The composition according to claim 1, where the average particle size of telmisartan is from 600 nm to 50 nm, preferably from 200 nm to 50 nm. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the stabilizer is selected from the group of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, gelatin, dextran, stearic acid, glycerol monostearate, cetostearyl alcohol, polyethylene sorbitol esters, polyethylene copolymers and polyol esters meth) acrylate, a copolymer of ethenyl ether of acetic acid and 1-ethenyl-2-pyrrolidinone (copolymers of PVP / VA), sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, tocopheryl succinates olietilenglikolya, polyethoxylated castor oils and their derivatives, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid esters； polyethylene glycols； polyoxyethylene stearates, methyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate phthalate, polyvinyl alcohol, a copolymer of 4- (1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl) phenol with ethylene oxide and formaldehyde, poloxamers； poloxamines, which are a tetrafunctional block copolymer formed by sequential addition of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide to ethylene diamine； PEG phospholipid, PEG cholesterol, a derivative of PEG cholesterol1.
