The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fried chicken containing a lotus root which has smell and taste unique to the lotus root as mush as possible and has soft and tender texture resulting from vanilla flavor and cinnamon powder and so on which are mixed therein. Particularly, a person who hesitates to eat a chicken because of smell unique to the chicken and people regardless of age and gender can easily eat the fried chicken containing a lotus root as the smell unique to the chicken is removed. In addition, the fried chicken containing a lotus root is helpful for health of person who eats the same and stimulates appetite of the person at the same time.본 발명인 연근가 함유된 닭강정 제조방법으로 제조된 닭강정은 연근의 독특한 향기와 맛을 최대한 발휘하면서 기타 바닐라향, 계피가루 등등을 혼합함으로서 닭의 육질을 부드럽고 연하게 하고 특히 닭 자체의 특유한 냄새를 제거함으로서 닭 자체의 냄새로 인하여 섭취를 꺼리는 사람 및 기타 남녀노소 누구가 섭취가 용이하도록 하며 또한 섭취자의 건강에 도움을 주는 동시에 섭취자의 입맛을 돋구는 건강식품인 것이다.
