The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fried chicken containing a lotus root which has smell and taste unique to the lotus root as mush as possible and has soft and tender texture resulting from vanilla flavor and cinnamon powder and so on which are mixed therein. Particularly, a person who hesitates to eat a chicken because of smell unique to the chicken and people regardless of age and gender can easily eat the fried chicken containing a lotus root as the smell unique to the chicken is removed.
