PURPOSE: Soy sauce marinated crab having excellent functionality, and a producing method thereof are provided to maintain the elasticity of crab flesh after storing for a long time.CONSTITUTION: Soy sauce marinated crab is stored in an aging container including an outer container(10) with an outlet(14) having a valve(12), an inner container(20) in a porous form with a separation unit(22) separating the inner container from the bottom of the outer container, and a loading lid(30) with a combining unit for pressurizing the soy sauce marinated crab in the inner container from the upper side.
