PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like cheese laminated body allowing respective cheese sheets to be separated one by one when the cheese is consumed though the cheese sheets are integrated as the sheet-like cheese laminated body, and capable of being efficiently produced.SOLUTION: Both or either one of through holes 20 penetrating in a lamination direction or recess strips extending from a first end face 112 to a second end face 114 orthogonally crossing the lamination direction are formed in the sheet-like cheese laminated body 100 in which a plurality of cheese sheets 110 are layered. Each cheese sheet 110 is rectangular as seen from the top, and has at least two through holes 20.
