The present invention relates to a molding frame for making kimbab, and a kimbab making method using the same. In particular, the molding frame for making kimbab comprises: a square frame configured to allow laver, cooked rice, and supplemental ingredients for making the kimbab to be placed and positioned； a silicone pad positioned inside the square frame to protect a toothed blade and a cutting board constituting a molding frame used for making the kimbab from damage； a pressing board configured to press the laver, cooked rice, and supplemental ingredients placed on the silicone pad so as to stick together； a mounting frame including clamps configured to be fixed to the square frame to keep an edge of the pressed kimbab from being released when cutting the pressed kimbab； a molding frame including, on a lower part thereof, a cutting blade and a toothed blade for cutting the kimbab, and including, on an upper part thereof, one or more fixing rods for fixing the molding frame, so as to cut the kimbab into various shapes； and a molding frame pressing board configured to press the molding frame, thereby causing the same to cut the kimbab. Accordingly, the present invention allows the kimbab to be made into various bite-size shapes and forms, thus permitting anyone to make tasty kimbab with improved quality.
