PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a microneedle in which accuracy in the shape of the microneedle can be improved.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a microneedle is provided, the method comprising: a placement step for placing a resin film 30 that covers concave parts 23, on a concave plate 21 provided with the concave parts 23 for forming the microneedle on a concave part formed surface 22 a pressing step, in which the resin film 30 becomes softened, then the softened resin film 30 is pressed with a roll 31 against the concave part formed surface 22 while a position to be pressed is moving on the concave part formed surface 22 and a mold releasing process for obtaining the microneedle 10 by separating the resin film 30 from the concave part formed surface 22.
