PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of expanding a size in the surface direction of a microneedle capable of being manufactured from one intaglio plate.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a microneedle includes: a step of forming at least one original plate 20 having a shape where projections project on a surface of a base substance； a step of forming, from the original plate 20, one intaglio plate 40 having a shape where patterns of inverting the convexoconcave of the original plate 20 are arranged； a step of molding a molding by filling the intaglio plate 40 with a formation material of the microneedle； and a step of obtaining the microneedle corresponding to sizes of at least two original plates 20 by separating the molding from the intaglio plate 40.【課題】１つの凹版から製造可能なマイクロニードルの面方向の大きさを拡大することのできる製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】マイクロニードルの製造方法は、基体の表面にて突起部が突き出た形状を有する１以上の原版２０を形成する工程と、原版２０の凹凸を反転させたパターンが並ぶ形状を有した１つの凹版４０を原版２０から形成する工程と、マイクロニードルの形成材料を凹版４０に充填して成形物を成形する工程と、成形物を凹版４０から離して２以上の原版２０の大きさに対応するマイクロニードルを得る工程と、を含む。【選択図】図５
