PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a needle-like body excellent in detachability of the needle-like body from an intaglio plate, when making the needle-like body from the intaglio plate.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a needle-like body having needle-like parts on one surface of a base plate includes: forming an intaglio plate having metal recesses corresponding to the needle-like parts, and a resin layer made of a resin material on a periphery of the metal recesses forming the needle-like body by supplying a needle-like body-forming material to the recesses of the intaglio plate followed by solidifying in a state that the needle-like body-forming material covers at least a part of a surface of the resin layer and finally, compressing and deforming an exposed part of the resin layer with a peeling jig, and inserting a peeling tool into between the resin layer and the needle-like body so as to peel the needle-like body from the intaglio plate.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】凹版から針状体を作製する際の、針状体と凹版との剥離性に優れる針状体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】基板の一方の面に針状部を備える針状体の製造方法であって、針状部に対応した金属製の凹部と、金属製の凹部の外周部に樹脂材料からなる樹脂層とを備える凹版を成形する。次に、凹版の凹部に対して針状体成形材料を供給し、針状体成形材料が樹脂層の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆した状態で固化して針状体を成形する。最後に、剥離治具で樹脂層の露出部分を加圧して変形させ、樹脂層と針状体との間に剥離治具を差し込むことにより、凹版から針状体を剥離する。【選択図】図8
