The present invention relates to a wreath using a paper square shape and a method for manufacturing the paper square shape. Specifically, the wreath comprises: a main frame (100) in which one side thereof is fixed to the ground； and a wreath plate (300) for coupling a plurality of wreath cups (200a) or bouquet (200b), which is fixed to the other side of the main frame. The wreath of the present invention is used for congratulations and condolences and a wreath cup can be easily combined and separated from a wreath stand.
