PURPOSE: A fermentation product using seashell powder, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the useful components contained in the product as a second metabolic product of rare actinomycetes to users.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a fermentation product using seashell powder comprises the following steps: preparing a medium containing 10-80wt% of seashell powder(s-10) adding 5-75 parts of a nitrogen source by weight to the medium to obtain a first mixed medium(s-20) injecting are actinomycetes into the first mixed medium, and cultivating at 15-45 deg C for 2-20 days(s-30) drying the first fermentation product, and adding 5-75 parts by weight of the nitrogen source to the dried first fermentation product to obtain a second mixed medium injecting the are actinomycetes to the second mixed medium, cultivating for 2-20 days, and drying the obtained second fermentation product adding 5-75 parts of the nitrogen source by weight to the dried second fermentation product to obtain a third mixed medium injecting are actinomycetes to the third mixed medium, and cultivating for 2-20 days heating the obtained third fermentation product at 121-132 deg C for 30 minutes to sterilize other microorganisms except for the are actinomycetes and mixing the third fermentation product using an alcohol aqueous solution and vacuum-extracting the third fermentation product from the mixture at 40-90 deg C.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012.
