PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily food good in shape retention property, good in moth melting and having suppressed bleeding of oil and fat even when oil and fat high in content of middle chain fatty acid in the total amount of the constitutional fatty acids and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided an oily food having content of water of 0.8 to 3 mass% and containing oil and fat and saccharides and the oil and fat contains middle chain fatty acid-containing triacylglycerol. There is provided an oily food having content of the middle chain fatty acid in the total amount of the constitutional fatty acid of the oil and fat of 20 mass% or more.
