PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flour processed food including a steaming step in production steps, compatible with heating in a microwave oven in a frozen state without using additives which may change flavors or raw materials which may increase the raw-material cost.SOLUTION: In the production steps for the flour processed food including the steaming step, a refrigerating and/or freezing step is executed after the steaming step is executed once, and an individual packaging step is executed after the second execution of the steaming step. In the individual packaging step, a package material whose steam permeability is 11 g/mper day or lower is used.
