The present invention relates to a producing method for red ginseng powder, and more specifically to a producing method for red ginseng powder containing an enzyme. A producing method for red ginseng powder of the present invention comprises: a first step of mixing red ginseng and red ginseng essence and boiling； a second step of crushing ginseng to be less than or equal to the set size； a third step of putting the crushed red ginseng in makgeolli which yeast and an fermenting agent are added and ripening； and a fourth step of natural drying the ripened red ginseng and making it in a powder form by using a grinding mill.본 발명은 홍삼 분말 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 효소 성분이 포함된 홍삼 분말을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명의 홍삼 분말을 제조하는 방법은 홍삼과 홍삼진액을 혼합한 후 삶는 제1 단계, 제1 단계의 홍삼을 설정된 크기 이하가 되도록 파쇄하는 제2 단계, 파쇄한 상기 홍삼을 누룩과 발효제가 첨가된 막걸리에 넣고 숙성하는 제3 단계, 숙성된 상기 홍삼을 자연건조 후 제분기를 이용하여 분말로 제조하는 제4 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 효소를 포함한다.
