The present invention relates to a method of producing a Pleuropterus multflorus-mixed beverage, and a Pleuropterus multflorus-mixed beverage produced by the same, wherein the method comprises the steps of: (1) adding glucose and sucrose to Pleuropterus multflorus, sterilizing a Pleuropterus multflorus mixture, culturing a fermented Pleuropterus multflorus material by inoculating the Pleuropterus multflorus mixture with Lentinula edode, and drying and grinding the fermented Pleuropterus multflorus material to produce fermented Pleuropterus multflorus powder; (2) adding water to the fermented Pleuropterus multflorus powder obtained in the step (1) and extracting, filtering, and concentrating the fermented Pleuropterus multflorus powder added with water to obtain fermented Pleuropterus multflorus concentrate; (3) adding water, ethanol, Acetobacter aceti, and Acetobacter pasteurianus to the fermented Pleuropterus multflorus concentrate obtained in the step (2) and fermenting a mixture to obtain a Pleuropterus multflorus acetic acid ferment; (4) adding water to safflower seed, Phlomis koraiensis Nakai, angelica roots, and Schisandra chinensis, respectively, and extracting and filtering the same to prepare a safflower seed extract, a Phlomis koraiensis Nakai extract, an angelica root extract, and a Schisandra chinensis extract; and (5) mixing the Pleuropterus multflorus acetic acid ferment prepared in the step (3) with the Phlomis koraiensis Nakai extract, the safflower seed extract, the angelica root extract, and the Schisandra chinensis extract prepared in the step (4) and heating a mixture.본 발명은 (1) 하수오에 글루코스(glucose) 및 수크로스(sucrose)를 첨가한 후 멸균한 하수오 혼합물에 표고균사체(Lentinulaedodes)를 접종한 후 배양한 하수오 발효물을 건조 및 분쇄하여 하수오 발효 분말을 제조하는 단계; (2) 상기 (1)단계의 제조한 하수오 발효 분말에 물을 첨가한 후 추출 및 여과하고 농축하여 하수오 발효 농축액을 제조하는 단계; (3) 상기 (2)단계의 제조한 하수오 발효 농축액에 물, 에탄올, 아세토박터 아세티(Acetobacteraceti) 및 아세토박터 파스테리아누스(Acetobacter pasteurianus)를 첨가한 후 초산 발효하여 하수오 초산 발효물을 제조하는 단계; (4) 홍화자, 속단, 당귀 및 오미자에 각각 물을
