PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a processed food which makes green and yellow vegetables such as Brassica rapa L. var. hakabura further delicious.SOLUTION: A method for producing a Brassica rapa L. var. hakabura processed food includes: preparing Brassica rapa l. var. hakabura pickles squeezing the Brassica rapa l. var. hakabura pickles centrifugally separating the squeezed Brassica rapa l. var. hakabura pickles so as to remove moisture therefrom and adding to the centrifugally separated Brassica rapa l. var. hakabura pickles, powder seasoning, and 50-200 pts.wt. of dextrin based on 1,000 pts.wt. of the centrifugally separated Brassica rapa l. var. hakabura pickles.
