PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health maintenance food product excellent in superior deliciousness and disease prevention in a wide range including diarrhea or obstipation, by being used as a Japanese-style side dish, a finger food during drinking, or refreshments for tea, or as western-style puree.SOLUTION: A health maintenance food product is obtained as follows.
