PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a terminal unit from an endoscope apparatus.
SOLUTION: An endoscope 11 performs a photoelectric conversion of a subject image and generates an imaging signal. An imaging processing part 16 processes the imaging signal to convert to a digital image signal. An operational part 17 receives operation by an operator. A command creating part 18 creates a command to control the terminal unit from the operation the operational part 17 receives. An image processing part 19 creates image data containing the digital image signal and the command. A network control part 20 transmits the image data created by the image processing part 19 to the terminal unit via a network.
