A termination device for eliminating PIMD is disclosed. The disclosed device is a termination device that may be installed on an RF equipment, where the termination device includes: a hybrid coupler having at least two output terminals and an input terminal, with the input terminal joined to the RF equipment and a terminal end resistor joined to each of the at least two output terminals. In the signal path from the input terminal to a first output terminal, there is a phase delay of 90 degrees, and in the signal path from the input terminal to a second output terminal, there is a phase delay of 180 degrees. With the disclosed device, it is possible to minimize parasitic signals caused by PIMD. Fig.4
