SOLUTION: A measurement endoscopic device is equipped with: a video signal acquisition part 30 for acquiring an input video signal 100 by imaging the examinee a video signal processing part 34 configured to generate two output video signals 101A and 101B by performing video processing to the input video signal 100a a display part 33 for displaying a video for inputting a measuring point in accordance with the output video signal 101A a measuring operation part 31 for performing operation input of image measurement while setting the video for inputting a measuring point as reference an image-for-measurement selection part 45 for comparing and evaluating the image characteristic of the output video signals 110A and 110B and selecting any of them as measured image data and an image measurement processing part 43 for performing image measurement based on the operation input by the measurement operation part 31 with the output video signal selected by the image-for-measurement selection part 45 as the measured image data.
