PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alcohol-free beer-taste sparkling beverage imparted with a fruity aroma derived from hops or hop components with a reduced off flavor derived from hops or hop components, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The alcohol-free beer-taste sparkling beverage imparted with a fruity aroma derived from hops or hop components with a reduced off flavor derived from hops or hop components is produced by adjusting the myrcene, linalool and nerol contents of the beverage to satisfy the following (a) to (e) specific numerical ranges based on GC/MS: (a) the ratio of the ion 93m/z response value of the myrcene to the ion 110m/z response value of internal standard material borneol is less than 146.4%; (b) the linalool concentration is 3.8 ppb or higher; (c) the nerol concentration is higher than 0.4 ppb; (d) the ratio of the value (%) of the ratio in (a) to the linalool concentration value (ppb) is 5.2661 or less; and (e) the ratio of the value (%) of the ratio in (a) to the nerol concentration value (ppb) is 59.7692 or less.
