PURPOSE: An anti-tuberculosis composition is provided to be used as a therapeutic agent for treating multidrug resistant tuberculosis and to shorten period for developing a novel drug.CONSTITUTION: An anti-tuberculosis composition contains a Chrysanthemum indicum L. extract as an active ingredient. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of preparing Chrysanthemum indicum L. a step of putting Chrysanthemum indicum L. and a solvent in a container a step of heating the container and extracting Chrysanthemum indicum L. a step of filtering, concentrating, and drying the extract and making the extract into powder and a step of dispersing the powder using distilled water, removing fat from the dispersed liquid, and fractioning with a solvent. The solvent is water or a mixture of water and alcohol.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (AA) Ingredient introduction (BB) Extracting solvent introduction (CC) Temperature raise (DD) Heating extraction for 8hours/extraction (EE) Filtration (FF) Concentration (GG) Drying(powderization) (HH) Quality inspection (II) Packaging한국 등 동양에서는 오랫동안 유용한 약재로 사용되어 왔던 감국 추출물을 함유하는 폐결핵 치료제로서 유효한 항결핵 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 감국을 마련하는 단계, (b) 상기 단계 (a)에서 마련된 감국을 용기에 용매와 함께 투입하는 단계, (c) 상기 용기를 승온시켜 감국 추출물을 추출하는 단계, (d) 상기 감국 추출물을 여과, 농축, 건조하여 분말화 하는 단계, (e) 상기 단계 (d)에서 마련된 분말을 정제수로 분산시킨 후 탈지하여 용매 분획하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 용매는 물, 알코올 또는 물과 알코올의 혼합액 중의 어느 하나이고, 상기 감국 추출물 및 용매 분획이 함유되어 단일 추출물로 항결핵 약효를 나타내는 구성을 마련한다.상기와 같은 항결핵 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 이용하는 것에 의해, 기존 결핵치료 약물의 내성으로 인한 다제내성 및 수퍼 결핵에 대하여 적절한 치료 약물이 없는 경우 신규 치료제로서 사용이 가능하여 약물 부재로 고통 받는 수많은 국내외 환자에게 적절한 치료제로 사용될 수 있다.
