THE EXTRACT OF GERANIUM THUNBERGII SEIB. ET ZUCC. WITH ENHANCED ANTI-OXIDATIVE ACTIVITY AND ANTI-MELANOGENESIS EFFECT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF
PURPOSE: A method for preparing Geranium thunbergii Seib. et Zucc. extract is provided to improve antioxiddative or skin whitening abilities. CONSTITUTION: A composition for antioxidation contains Geranium thunbergii Seib. et Zucc. extract as an active ingredient. A composition for skin whitening contains the extract as an active ingredient. The composition is a cosmetic composition. A method for preparing the extract comprises a step of adding ethanol aqueous solution to Geranium thunbergii Seib. et Zucc. and a step of performing sonication. 본 발명은 산화 억제능 또는 피부 미백능이 증진된 현지초 추출물 또는 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 현지초 추출물에 산화 억제능 또는 피부 미백능이 존재함이 확인되었고, 현지초 추출물로부터 산화 억제능 또는 피부 미백능이 있는 추출물을 고수율로 얻을 수 있는 방법이 제공된다.
