PURPOSE: A method for preparing cereal extract and an anti-thrombotic composition containing the same are provided to suppress thrombokinesis and to improve blood circulation. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing cereal extract comprises: a step of adding 70-90% ethanol to crushed cereal and extracting； a step of centrifuging the extract and concentrating at reduced pressure to prepare ethanol extract； a step of dissolving the ethanol extract in the water and fractioning with n-hexane, methylene chloride, ethylacetate, and n-butanol； and a step of concentrating the fraction. An anti-thrombotic composition contains the cereal extract. The cereal is Sorghum. A health food for treating thrombus contains the Sorghum extract.본 발명은 잡곡류 추출물의 제조방법, 잡곡류 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항혈전용 조성물 및 수수 추출물을 포함하는 혈전 개선용 건강식품에 관한 것으로, 상기 발명은 혈전생성 억제 및 혈액순환 개선을 위해 효과적으로 활용되어 혈전증 관련 질환 저해제 또는 발생율 저하제로 유용하게 사용할 수 있으며, 또한, 황금찰수수 조곡 유래의 70~90%, 바람직하게는 80% 에탄올 추출물을 함유하는 항혈전용 조성물은 심혈관계 질환을 효과적으로 예방할 수 있는 각종 약제 등 의약산업이나 일상 생활에서 손쉽고 간편하게 섭취할 수 있는 기능성 건강식품 등 식품산업에 널리 응용될 수 있는 효과를 지니고 있다.
