A method for preparing the Hibiscus cannabinus extract comprises: a step of drying and pulverizing leaves, branches, or stem peels of Hibiscus cannabinus； a step of extracting by enfleurage or maceration using an extraction solvent； and a step of compressing/concentrating the extract.
