PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat slicer for improving safety without causing a hindrance even in cleaning-maintenance work, when finishing the work, needless to say in slice work, by preventing a contact accident with a third person except for a worker staying on the periphery of an anti-round tooth side end part of a meat box of laterally moving in an exposed state.SOLUTION: The meat slicer has the meat box 5 sending out meat by being supported by a machine base 1 so as to reciprocate in a specific section in the lateral direction, and a round blade 3 cutting the tip of the meat sent out of the tip of the meat box 5. A protective guard 11 for enclosing the anti-round tooth side end part is limitedly arranged in a moving range of a part projected from the machine base 1 in the anti-round tooth side end part of the meat box 5.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 露出状態で、左右に移動する肉箱の反丸刃側端部周辺に居る作業者以外の第三者との接触事故を防止し、しかもスライス作業時は勿論、作業終了時の清掃、整備作業などにおいても支障をきたすことのない安全性が向上した食肉スライサーを提供する。【解決手段】左右方向の一定区間を往復移動するよう機台1に支持されて食肉を送り出す肉箱5および肉箱5の先端から送り出された食肉の先端を切削する丸刃3を備えた食肉スライサーにおいて、肉箱5の反丸刃側端部における機台1から突出した部分の移動範囲に限って反丸刃側端部を囲う防護ガード11が設置されている。【選択図】図1
