The cutting-off apparatus comprises a holding member 30 which holds the meat block P wound up in the rotation direction R of the rotary shaft 21 along with the rotation of the cutting-off blades 23 and slit-cutting blades 25 from above, arranged below the rotary shaft between the cutting-off blades and slit-cutting blades.
