PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste straw cutting device that enables easily taking out a cutting drive shaft and blade-receiving rotational shaft from a cutter case.SOLUTION: A notch groove part 57L is formed along a side wall surface of a right-left side wall part 50L of a cutter case 50, in which at least one of a cutting drive shaft and a blade-receiving rotational shaft can be inserted into the notch groove part 57L. The notch groove part 57L is formed from an axially-supporting part by an axially-supporting member of the cutting drive shaft or the blade-receiving rotational shaft to an edge of the side wall surface.
